This site is operated by Paper Doll Militia, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). We provide educational programs, online courses, artistic resources, and community offerings—both live and on-demand.
2. Your Agreement
By using our site, you affirm that:
- You’re at least 18 years old, or have permission from a guardian.
- You won’t misuse the platform or harm others through your use.
- You’re not using the site for any unlawful or unethical purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
3. Your Account
If you create an account on our platform:
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information.
- Notify us of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases are processed securely via our payment gateway. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Self-Led E-Courses (Limited Refund Eligibility)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee only for the following self-led e-courses:

Cue with Confidence
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate reasonable engagement with the course materials, including:
Viewing at least 75% of the video content; and
Completing the associated quiz and/or workbook exercises
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase and include a brief description of how the course materials were used and why the course did not meet expectations.
Refunds will not be granted to users who have not engaged with the course content. Engagement may be verified through platform usage data. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
All Other Programs
This refund policy does not apply to our Flagship Teacher Training or Certificate programs. These programs are subject to their own separate cancellation and refund policies, which are outlined at the time of enrollment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content—videos, PDFs, graphics, lesson plans, choreography breakdowns, and other resources—is the property of Paper Doll Militia, LLC. You may not copy, share, republish, or modify any material without explicit permission.
We love sharing tools and ideas—but please honor our work.
6. No Guarantees
While we provide resources to help you grow as an artist and educator, we can’t guarantee results. Your experience depends on your own participation, practice, and process.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses related to your use of our platform, materials, or advice—whether direct or indirect.
8. Updates and Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version of the terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled accordingly.
